Sister of Mine Design Sketch

With the Strides Collective and Jonathan Edmondson, I collaborated with a team of artists to produce Kate McGunagle’s new play, Sister of Mine. Together we carefully crafted a comprehensive and immersive world, building the piece from the ground up and deliberately shaping its transitional qualities to guide the characters through multiple states of liminal time and space. As queer friends turned maybe queer lovers, they work to determine what their relationship looks like across many of versions of themselves and their realities. The Strides Collective is a theater company dedicated to spotlighting and nurturing new queer work.
