They were encouraging and supportive, and very helpful during the planning process and the event. They provided a pragmatic perspective, asking us important questions and offering ideas for solutions. They communicated with vendors, staff, and volunteers, making sure everyone had the information they needed and answering questions on our behalf.

Our wedding was a happy, special day. Our 200 guests had a blast, and my spouse and I felt relaxed and both enjoyed our day! We are forever grateful to Get Gay Married, and we are glad we chose them as our wedding coordinator.

When we started planning our wedding, all my husband and I really knew was that we wanted something that didn’t look like most weddings we’d been to, but didn’t actually have any idea as to what that then might look like. Some of those ideas became clearer when we found the perfect venue - a historic playhouse and playground - and decided to honor the history of the building with a wedding that celebrated the spirit of play and all things silly. But of course the venue provided absolutely nothing except the space itself - no tables, chairs, staff, etc. - so we knew we wouldn’t be able to pull this off without some help.

It was a daunting task, but Beaver genuinely understood the kind of experience we were looking to create and provided invaluable advice to help actually make it happen. They helped design the layout and flow of the (completely open and customizable) space, offered great suggestions for decor and overall vibes that perfectly captured the playful spirit we were hoping for, and presented thoughtful ideas for an atypical, cross-cultural ceremony that was perfect for us. On the day itself - despite an absurd number of vendors (5 just for food!) and a tight timeline between when the playground closed to the public and set up could actually begin - my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Beaver expertly coordinated an external event staff and kept things running smoothly through to the end of the night. It was an incredible and joyous night that was everything we didn’t even know we wanted, and we truly couldn’t have done it without Beaver and Get Gay Married leading the charge!

Description text goes hereOur experience was amazing!! Setting up the process was super simple. The flexibility was great for us leading up to the ceremony since everything was chaotic. After a couple video chats, I couldn’t wait to see the final draft! Our ceremony was an absolute dream and we owe that to Jessica. She captured our relationship so beautifully and so true to who we are as a couple. I had so many people come up to me afterwards and say how incredible she was!! If you’re looking for someone who is down to earth and cares very deeply about what she puts out into this world, then you absolutely need to have Jessica there!

Beaver was the perfect piece to our wedding puzzle! My husband and I planned to DIY most of our wedding but we had no idea of how we were going to put it all together. Having Beaver coordinator our wedding was the best decision we could have made! They were so open and flexible and really made us feel validated in all our choices. On the day of the wedding, they were our go-to personal to handle all unexpected hiccups with ease. They made sure our day moved according to plan. Jessica Beaver used their critical thinking skills to make my wedding day fo as smoothly as possible, They were instrumental when coordinating with many vendors, and problem-solving issues that arose in the days and hours leading up to the wedding. In addition to streamlining our timeline, meeting with our vendors, and prepping the wedding favors, they stayed late to pack up all the decor we brought to the venue.
