Wedding Officiating & Ceremony Planning

As a Nonbinary Queer Jew, I understand the desire to want to marry the old with the new. What I most often hear clients says is that they want a ceremony that looks and feels like their relationship and community while also making sure that their family recognizes the traditional that comes alongside marriage. I’m here to help you build that. While I am Jewish and can absolutely incorporate Jewish elements into your marriage ceremony, I also have experience with Celtic, Pagan, Chinese, Puerto Rican, Italian, Polish, and Filipino marriage traditions and ceremonies.

  • Basic Service Includes:

    • Two-Hour-Long Zoom Calls

      • One to discuss structure, one to interview

    • One draft viewing, with editing

    • One Zoom Call Dry Run

    • Wedding Ceremony

    Approximately $400 - $200 to Book

    • Two-Hour-Long Zoom Calls

      • One to discuss structure, one to interview

    • Email outreach to family and friends for anecdotes

Wedding Planning & Coordinating

I describe my services as a Day-of Wedding Coordinator who does more than just show up—and a planner who won’t take your money and disappear. I require at least three meetings to I truly understand your vibes and priorities so I can make confident game-day decisions. While I don’t offer full-service planning; I prefer to work with clients who want to be partners in the process—shortlisting vendors, giving advice, and creating day-of timelines together to make sure your wedding is exactly what you want.

  • Basic Service Includes:

    • 3 Planning Meetings/Check-Ins

    • 1 Walkthrough

    • 8 Hours of Day of Wedding Coordination

    Approximately $1500- $750 deposit to book

  • Intermediate Service Includes:

    • Open email and text message communication

    • 5 Planning Meetings/Check-Ins

    • 1 Walkthrough

    • Short Listing 2-4 Vendors

    • 8 Hours of Day of Wedding Coordination

    Approximately $2000 - $1000 deposit to book

  • Advanced Service Includes:

    • Open email and text message communication

    • 1 Walkthrough

    • Short Listing 5-7 Vendors

    • As Needed Planning Meetings/Check-In

    • 10 Hours of Wedding Coordination

    Approximately $3000 - $1500 deposit to book

My Process

Design your Package

At intake I'll ask questions to understand your needs, then offer at least three package options. I aim to deliver value, so packages, pricing, and services are flexible to suit you and your partner’s celebration.

Set Expectations & Gather Information

Early on we'll clarify outstanding needs, identify deliverables, set up systems, confirm and book vendors, draft the day-of timeline, and identify any overlooked wedding details.

Collaborate Openly

As the day approaches, we’ll leave each meeting with shared to-dos to keep us on track. This includes confirming vendor times, keeping communication open, ordering supplies, and finalizing schedules. Offline, I’ll meet with vendors, manage hired staff, and draft a packing and setup matrix for your approval.

Do the Day

I’ll schedule a call at least a week before for a final rundown and am available by phone for last-minute details. If you have a final walkthrough, I’ll attend. On the day, I’m your go-to—share my number, put the U-Haul in my name, give me venue keys— leave it to me. You have a blast.
