The Brave Little Tailor - Company & Stage Manager

As part of Enchantment Theatre Company’s Enchantment Everywhere program, The Brave Little Tailor toured more than 25 schools, libraries, and community centers, delivering professional theatre experiences to children throughout the Philadelphia area. Using a free‑standing set and portable lighting and sound equipment, the production was designed to bring high-quality performances directly to young audiences at their own venues.

In my role as Company and Stage Manager, I coordinated closely with Enchantment administration and onsite contacts at each location to ensure seamless load‑in, performances, and load‑out. Because our cast also functioned as the production crew, I managed logistics, safety, and personnel workflow to maintain consistent production standards while protecting the wellbeing and morale of the company.
